About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Teradata is responsible for owning the account strategy for engagement, adoption, and success planning within assigned banking accounts. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning. The position requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide thought leadership to enhance the adoption of Teradata's analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the account strategy for engagement, adoption, and success planning.
  • Manage and curate existing customer relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and establish new business relationships.
  • Provide thought leadership to influence and build trust at various customer levels.
  • Lead the development of actionable customer success plans for assigned accounts.
  • Educate customers on using Teradata solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and facilitator of Teradata SMEs and functions.
  • Increase feature adoption of Teradata software by promoting new features.
  • Engage continuously with customers to identify and mitigate churn risks.
  • Promote new thinking for continuous development and improvement.

Requirements

  • BA, BS, MBA, or MS in business, technical or professional discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong exposure and knowledge of data and analytic technologies.
  • Experience in promoting analytic solutions for large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills to craft and deliver messaging for various stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities across multiple customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
