About the position

The Customer Success Manager at The Forehand Agency is responsible for building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities

  • Proactively connect with prospective customers and establish rapport
  • Educate clients on various insurance products and recommend tailored solutions
  • Assist customers with policy applications and monitor the underwriting process
  • Review and evaluate existing insurance coverage, identifying gaps or opportunities for additional protection
  • Manage customer documentation with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide top-tier service
  • Ensure all policies meet regulatory and company standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's license (required)
  • 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
