Responsibilities

  • Develops and manages complex programs for key assigned accounts.
  • Responsible for the overall planning, leadership, and direction of the assigned portfolio growth, profitability, and the value-add relationship.
  • Manage and build executive and strategic relationships for long-term stability and growth.
  • Focus on overall customer experience, account profitability, and growth both organically and through the development of new initiatives.
  • Act as the customer advocate by driving solutions within CL and the Ceva organization.
  • Possess customer satisfaction passion and skill set to address and resolve client issues.
  • Understand the account's business model, company environment, and sales potential to develop solutions.
  • Provide clear and concise directions to cross-functional departments on projects and customer correspondence.
  • Develop and achieve strategic revenue and profit and loss objectives.
  • Investigate sales opportunities and resolve issues on a continuing basis.
  • Think strategically and develop project plans to implement customer incentives.
  • Compile and analyze data into meaningful reports and presentations.
  • Develop formal Business Review(s) for assigned accounts.
  • Manage business plans, proposals, pricing models, contracts, and operations reports.
  • Engage on new business opportunities where appropriate.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives.
  • Mentor and develop lower-level account managers and support team members.
  • Monitor and report KPIs and conduct regular business reviews and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • Five years prior experience at Ceva in the Sales or Operations departments and/or 8+ years external account-project management/industry experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and understand mainframe tools and system solutions used in supporting our business, WMS, ERP, and data collection tools.
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal format.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Project management certification.
