About the position

The Client Success Manager at Kocer Media plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive exceptional support and guidance to maximize the benefits of the agency's services. This position involves managing a portfolio of over 30 clients, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client experience and program quality. The role is fully remote and requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ clients as their primary point of contact.
• Onboard new clients through 1-1 calls, game planning, and expectation-setting.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Gather feedback to optimize product quality and delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and fulfillment teams to improve client experience and results.
• Manage the entire client lifecycle including onboarding, check-ins, billing, and upselling/cross-selling.

Requirements

• 1+ year of client success or account management experience in Marketing/Digital Agency, or 3+ years of high-level relationship-focused client-facing experience.
• Technical software skills, including experience with CRM and project management tools such as Asana, GHL, Slack, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities in English, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in agency or startup environments.
• Comfortable using Zoom for video calls.
