About the position

As a Customer Success Manager at Checkr, you will play a crucial role in driving customer retention and growth by ensuring that clients are engaged and maximizing the value of Checkr's solutions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to support various customer needs and enhance their experience with Checkr's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including issue tracking, data analysis, meeting coordination, and business review preparation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients to contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and improve customer success strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle, including expansions and integrations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of client-facing customer success or customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of software applications such as Salesforce and Google Apps.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail for tracking program elements across multiple customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to take on challenging projects.

Nice-to-haves
