About the position

Etleap is seeking a dynamic customer relationship professional to execute its customer success strategy, ensuring that customers receive the necessary tools and support to achieve their goals. This role focuses on building relationships, driving engagement, and maximizing customer success, engagement, and retention through effective communication and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and evolve Etleap's customer success strategy
  • Build relationships and drive engagement with Etleap's customers via onboarding, periodic business reviews, and soliciting product feedback
  • Champion customers' growth goals to maximize product value and identify upsell opportunities
  • Manage a customer health dashboard shared with the executive team
  • Plan and optimize strategy for managing retention and flagging risks regarding renewals
  • Own communication with customers for marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, and case studies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B customer relationship experience, including at least one startup
  • Experience building relationships with technically sophisticated customers
  • Have led onboarding and customer education for a technical enterprise software product
  • Curiosity and drive to understand a technical software product and how it creates value for its customers
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter: Able to propose solutions and accomplish tasks with limited direction
