About the position

Akia is a venture-backed startup founded by ex-Meta engineers. We are an AI-powered guest journey platform that solves challenges around having too much to do. By seamlessly integrating messaging and automation into existing workflows, Akia is the driving force behind relaxing vacations. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be in charge of delighting our customers and ensuring that they are successful at operationalizing Akia for their businesses. You'll be responsible for being hands-on working directly with customers as well as building a lasting relationship to drive success through the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on customer management to drive the success of product installation and adoption
  • Consult with customers to deliver insights, metrics, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team in order to proactively remove blockers and find solutions for customers
  • Educate and drive success in order to retain and grow our customers
  • Represent the voice of the customers to the product team to advocate for new solutions and influence product roadmap and prioritization

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a program management or operations role
  • Experience managing customers via email, chat, and phone calls
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to understand complex problems and issues no matter how large or small
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise when working and communication with customers
