About the position

The Customer Success Manager at The Forehand Agency is responsible for building meaningful relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and guiding them through the insurance application process. This remote position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, as the manager will assist families in finding the right coverage to protect their loved ones.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with prospective customers and establish rapport
• Educate clients on various insurance products and recommend tailored solutions
• Assist customers with policy applications and monitor the underwriting process
• Review and evaluate existing insurance coverage, identifying gaps or opportunities for additional protection
• Manage customer documentation with confidentiality and professionalism
• Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide top-tier service
• Ensure all policies meet regulatory and company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license (required)
• 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
