About the position

The Customer Success Manager will be a key player in the Customer Success team, focusing on providing in-building wireless coverage solutions to enterprise clients. This role involves managing customer relationships, overseeing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring effective communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be goal-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, providing proposals, project scheduling and coordinating internal resources.
• Grow revenue and profitability for the assigned customer base through proposal development and closings.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Support customer needs for continual managed services (e.g., service agreements).
• Assist Account Executives in acquiring new customers.
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers and the team.
• Regular and timely communication with customers.
• Represent customers' interests to Wireless Carriers (ATT, Verizon, and T-Mobile).
• Coordinate with Customers, Design Manager, Testing Coordinator and Engineers.
• Ensure engineering projects are completed on time, accurately and profitably.
• Review Daily Reports from the field team for accuracy and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow processes.
• Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in Fire Alarm, Emergency Radio, or Cellular DAS solutions.
• Proven work experience in Project Management or Customer Relationships.
• High attention to detail and communication proficiency (phone, email, messaging, etc.).
• Strong computer desktop application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
