About the position

ECS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the overall experience and success of mission software teams at Vandenberg Space Force Base. This role involves managing customer-facing support, onboarding new personnel, implementing incident management processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure platform requirements are met. The position requires a proactive approach to leadership and a strong understanding of technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer-facing support for LOE direct support personnel
  • Manage onboarding process for new direct support personnel to Platform hosted Environments
  • Manage onboarding LOE teams or external software application teams into all Platform host Environments
  • Implement and execute incident management process in coordination with NOC and LOE teams
  • Oversee management and support for platform-provisioned collaboration tools for 800 personnel in LOE and SPO
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure platform requirements are met
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success Management
