About the position

The Customer Success Manager at Spekit is responsible for leading post-sales activities for growth customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, adoption, and engagement. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and helping them realize the full value of Spekit's just-in-time learning platform. The CSM will work closely with various teams within the company to drive customer success and retention, while also identifying growth opportunities and managing customer escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Spekit's growth customers through onboarding, implementation, and relationship-building.
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training, and development of best practices to drive incremental value.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Spekit, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Develop positive, trusted relationships with customers to retain long-term partnerships.
  • Identify key customer advocates for marketing efforts through case studies and references.
  • Conduct Quarterly Success Reviews and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Spekit's solutions and communicate meaningful features to customers.
  • Manage customer escalations by documenting issues and facilitating resolution meetings.
  • Analyze data to discover insights that drive recommendations for clients.
  • Track accounts to identify churn risks and proactively mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Prior Customer Success experience with a passion for account management and relationship building.
  • Experience in the enablement space or a strong interest in learning and technology adoption.
  • Strong project management, implementation, and onboarding skills.
  • Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships and work in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
