About the position

The Customer Success Manager role is designed for individuals with a background in sales, particularly in SaaS or B2B environments. This position focuses on engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and driving new business opportunities for a rapidly growing company in the legal technology sector. The role emphasizes building relationships and maintaining a continuous pipeline of sales leads while contributing to a motivating and inclusive company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a competitive knowledge of the company and the market to engage in valuable conversations with prospects.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the company's offerings.
  • Source new opportunities through prospect outreach including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of growing hedge funds and asset managers.
  • Maintain and expand your data of prospects to ensure a continuous pipeline of sales leads.
  • Manage and execute plans that will drive the client's proposition and obtain new business.

Requirements

  • A full 4-year Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 6 months of sales experience, ideally in SaaS and/or B2B.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
