As a Customer Success Manager at Planet, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales within the Unattended Space, which includes sectors such as Parking Operators, Integrators, Hospitals, Airports, and Municipalities. This position is focused on building strong relationships with decision-makers in these areas to secure new customers for our core suite of products and services across North America. You will work closely with the National Sales Director for North America and collaborate with various teams including Business Development Managers (BDMs), Account Managers, Sales Support, Marketing, and Operations to effectively sell our gateway and acquiring solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting market and prospect research to identify potential partners within the Unattended Space, creating new relationships, and driving these relationships to ensure partners are integrated and operational with Planet. You will also coordinate the integration process in collaboration with Project Management and provide initial business training to partner business areas. Supporting marketing and sales efforts to increase revenue and generating synergy with local teams during the initial launch will be crucial. In addition, you will be responsible for building an annual Sales Development plan, maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities, and achieving quarterly and annual new business sales targets. You will maximize revenue opportunities and ensure accurate completion of sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and tenders. Leading the creation and delivery of new business presentations to customers and contributing to the broader sales team will also be key aspects of your role. Overall, you will work professionally and constructively to promote the company and carry out any additional duties deemed necessary by management.
