About the position

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with medium and large business stakeholders in the NJ/NY metropolitan area. This position focuses on empowering clients to effectively utilize AI and data analytics to enhance their business decisions. The manager will guide clients through various projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding expectations while driving client success and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer advocacy by collaborating with customers to transform them into loyal advocates for the company.
  • Navigate through a structured, process-oriented approach to consistently achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Develop and sustain strong connections with both customers and vendors, paving the way for future business opportunities.
  • Identify key clients, assess processes, and evaluate data analytics needs within the first 30 days.
  • Achieve proficiency in PTS' data analytics and support frameworks and begin documenting processes for use across various clients by the 60-day milestone.
  • Design a framework to onboard and train a team of internal data consultants by the 90-day milestone.
  • Oversee a team of data consultants, ensuring optimal productivity by effectively delegating tasks according to workload by the 6-month milestone.
  • Manage client relationships, strengthening connections through clear communication, proactive service suggestions, and regular updates on challenges and improvements by the 12-month milestone.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance company performance and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service or a sales-related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MONDAY, and other collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading internal teams, as well as managing relationships with external vendors and third-party contractors.
