Our client is looking for a Customer Success / Office Administrator to join their growing Covington team. As our Customer Success and Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in our organization. You will support managing our relationships with our business clients by providing superior customer service. In addition, you will support the processes and needs of the office, such as providing administrative support to the CEO and Vice President of Customer Experience. Tasks may involve project management, providing training to customers, strategic planning, sales support, product support, quality assurance, and working with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), logistics, and marketing. You will report to our Vice President of Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Communicates client needs and demands to management
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner
  • Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients
  • Perform general duties such as maintaining records, managing database systems, enter records of client interactions in the corporate CRM program
  • Periodic on-site visits and training with clients
  • Q and A testing of the software
  • On-call bi-weekly for high-level support tickets
  • Maintain file organization systems as well as company templates and forms
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

Requirements

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of experience in data management, customer/account management or administration
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to memorize and demonstrate software and product details
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Excel
  • Database Management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • This position requires a high degree of professionalism while upholding a strict level of confidentiality
  • Exercise extremely sound judgment and possess strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
