As our Customer Success and Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in our organization. You will support managing our relationships with our business clients by providing superior customer service. In addition, you will support the processes and needs of the office, such as providing administrative support to the CEO and Vice President of Customer Experience. Tasks may involve project management, providing training to customers, strategic planning, sales support, product support, quality assurance, and working with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), logistics, and marketing. You will report to our Vice President of Customer Experience.
