About the position

As an Onboarding Specialist at Agora, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our Investment Management software. Your primary focus will be on establishing strong relationships with customers, providing hands-on support, and facilitating their successful integration into our platform. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, providing hands-on support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our platform's features and functionalities.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise during onboarding.
  • Facilitate seamless data migration for clients, assisting them in transferring their crucial information to spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and our internal teams, advocating for customer needs and feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • A genuine passion for working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Excel to analyze customer data and drive informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Native Spanish.
