About the position

The Customer Success & Operations Assistant role at Robert Half is designed for a highly motivated individual who will support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations. This position is crucial for ensuring effective communication, scheduling, and customer engagement, contributing to the company's growth and mission. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of contact between the CEO and internal or external contacts, managing communications related to scheduling and executive priorities.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritization of critical engagements.
  • Track and follow up on action items and key priorities to assist the CEO in managing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Oversee scheduling for podcast appearances, events, guest interviews, and public speaking engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including agenda preparation, setting reminders, and tracking commitments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Arrange domestic travel for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
  • Manage customer accounts, assist with access issues, and facilitate seamless customer experiences.
  • Respond to customer emails, addressing inquiries with prompt and accurate information.
  • Provide assistance with log-in issues, account look-ups, and resolving general inquiries related to our Book Club and other services.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of website and email content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-suite executive or working within a startup environment where adaptability and initiative are key.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) with the ability to navigate and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with basic website management tools (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple priorities and staying ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and customer-focused approach to interactions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy in all tasks and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Open to constructive feedback and willing to make adjustments to continuously improve in the role.
  • Diligent with time management, proactively following up on pending tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on time.
  • Willing to work evenings 3-5 times per month, as required for events, deadlines, or customer needs.
