About the position

The Customer Success Project Specialist will support the business transformation of Thomson Reuters customers in the Global Large Law space. This role involves assisting the project manager and subject matter experts in various activities, from planning and analysis to global delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and facilitating smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a firm-wide transformation project for a Thomson Reuters customer in the Global Large Law space.
  • Help develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Support the building and maintenance of relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular status meetings and help prepare progress updates for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation of deliverables, including reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Help identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support integrated project execution.
  • Assist in monitoring program impact and gathering data for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in project management, consulting, or similar fields.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting transformation projects in the legal (or similar) industry.
  • Good knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to contribute to the creation of project deliverables.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with change management concepts and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
