About the position

The Customer Success Sales Representative at Brehob Corporation is responsible for managing sales calls with customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new sales opportunities. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing sales orders, and supporting outside sales representatives with product information and quotes.

Responsibilities

  • Answers and responds to incoming product sales calls in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Obtains needed product information from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Researches product part information and gathers price quotes and estimated lead times from vendors via phone, email, and websites to generate customer quotes.
  • Reads and interprets product manuals and specification books to identify customer equipment and related parts.
  • Supports Outside Sales Representatives with product and parts information and quotes as required.
  • Updates appropriate quote logs and copies the Territory Sales Representative with all customer quotes.
  • Responds to and updates customers on deliveries, delays, or requests as needed.
  • Assists other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent research, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with computers and MS Office applications.
  • Good organization, multitasking, communication, and time management skills.
