About the position

The Customer Success Specialist (Bilingual Russian) at MetroPlusHealth is responsible for enhancing the member experience by providing support throughout the customer journey. This role involves assisting members with recertification, enrollment, and retention activities, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues. The Specialist acts as a liaison between members and various departments, aiming to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Responsibilities

  • Support MetroPlusHealth members and stakeholders throughout their customer journey.
  • Assist with recertification and renewal of membership for various lines of business.
  • Follow processes to meet recertification targets and ensure a seamless experience for members.
  • Assist members with enrollment activities, including changing lines of business and provider selection.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues completely.
  • Devise solutions to member complaints and support organizational improvement efforts.
  • Report trends identified during member outreach and assist with process improvements.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree and minimum 1 year of experience in direct consumer contact, or
  • High school degree and 3-5 years of experience in direct consumer contact.
  • Experience in healthcare, especially Managed Care, is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual in Russian is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Application Counselor (CAC) certification (to be obtained within the first month of employment).
