About the position

The Customer Success Specialist role at Express Employment Professionals involves providing exceptional front-line customer service for a local state agency. The position focuses on assisting customers through various communication channels and performing administrative support tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer service including greeting visitors and callers and answering questions
  • Assist customers via in-person, phone, email, and mail
  • Perform a variety of admin support tasks, such as generating labels, forms, and routine letters
  • Verify completeness of applications and forms, and maintain record systems
  • Process permits, licenses and registrations for customers
  • Process mail and distribute packages
  • Upload documents into database

Requirements

  • Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors
  • Ability to research a variety of sources to resolve problems
  • Skill in interpreting, explaining & applying regulations, laws, policies
  • Familiarity with computer programs, including Word and Excel

Nice-to-haves
