About the position

The Customer Success Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients subscribed to NielsenIQ's Financial Services Research receive the necessary support and insights from the data provided. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and facilitating access to relevant research conclusions. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end users subscribed to NielsenIQ's Financial Services Research.
  • Provide clients with support in leveraging NielsenIQ data and research to find actionable insights.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and adequate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to understand and support the short- and long-term goals for individual accounts.
  • Track individual client touch points and interactions to ensure proper coverage.
  • Work with Sales Specialists to identify at-risk accounts based on engagement trends and determine appropriate actions.
  • Regularly connect with the Research team to gather key research topics and share them with interested clients.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification ideal, but at least a BABS from a top-tier university.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful client relationships.
  • Effective in both team environments and as an individual contributor.
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple complex client interactions.
