About the position

The Customer Success Specialist II at WillScot serves as a vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring effective communication throughout the work order and billing processes. This role focuses on managing customer service requests, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while embodying the company's core values of excellence, inclusion, and community focus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer transactions from order initiation to return.
  • Process transactional orders accurately, including obtaining signed agreements and insurance certificates.
  • Update pending orders and promote value-added products and services.
  • Communicate delivery date options and confirm site conditions prior to delivery.
  • Initiate unit pickups and manage billing processes post-delivery.
  • Handle service requests in the CRM, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively contact customers regarding lease renewals and service inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support or customer service experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, hospitality, retail, or rental industry preferred.
  • College degree preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
