About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at MedSleuth, a subsidiary of DaVita, is responsible for engaging with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and success. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build strong partnerships and deliver scalable clinical SaaS services, while focusing on high-value projects and customer feedback analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Work with team in support of building and maintaining relationships with our customers
  • Find areas of opportunity by conducting data analysis and mapping customer feedback to results
  • Create and potentially present presentations for customers
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs
  • Identify new opportunities to improve customer experience through growth of existing services or new services or new customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-4 years' experience assisting and providing actionable insights to customers
  • General understanding of IT systems
  • Public speaking comfort and experience
  • Presentation creation experience
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
