As a Customer Success Specialist at Cisco, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success for the eXtended Threat and Response (XDR) and Breach Protection Suite portfolio. This position is highly strategic and technical, requiring you to engage with customers to facilitate their onboarding process for XDR and the Breach Protection Suite, as well as other Cisco products and solutions that are designed to transform their business and achieve desired outcomes. Your expertise in security products, particularly in XDR and Breach Protection, will be essential in understanding customer business goals, operational maturity, and pain points. In this role, you will be the champion for both the customer and your team, building and nurturing strong relationships with customer executives to gain a comprehensive understanding of their immediate needs and ongoing programs. You will help customers navigate through the customer lifecycle, ensuring they realize the value from their purchased Cisco products and services, which is crucial for successful renewals. Your insights will be based on a solid understanding of best practices for architecture, implementation, adoption, and migrations, allowing you to provide valuable guidance to customers. Cisco is committed to being customer-obsessed, and as such, you will need to enthusiastically understand customer needs and align your architectural and vertical expertise with multi-functional teams to drive decisions that enhance customer value.
