Responsibilities

• Ensuring all internal and external service level expectations and standards are met
• Providing support to customers through multi-channel platforms: Emails, Phones, Chat, and Video
• Communicating the mission and vision to our prospective and existing customers
• Seeking opportunities to add value to our customers by identifying and offering the right product or service to meet their needs
• Representing the organization in the community and demonstrating support of the mission and community focus
• Working independently and efficiently within a team to meet department goals in a professional manner
• Staying updated on banking products and services
• Assisting customers in navigating Web, Mobile Banking, and external services
• Reviewing reports daily to assist customers and mitigate risk and potential fraud
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist or in a related role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Avaya CMS
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Knowledge of Epic Software
• Experience with About Time software
• Proven ability to effectively answer inbound calls
• Demonstrated skills in assisting customers and resolving their issues
• Understanding of benefit functions within a business context
• Experience with billing functions in a customer support role.
