About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at DNO Produce LLC is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, improving operational processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients in the foodservice industry. This role involves a variety of tasks, including customer outreach, managing rebate programs, and collaborating with sales teams to promote educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create Weekly K12 Price & Deal Lists to share with customers.
• Support special projects such as FFVP Allocation for the 2024-2025 School Year.
• Assist with local programs and summer feeding for SFAs.
• Help with Foodbank initiatives, including paperwork and appointment scheduling.
• Establish initial contact with customers to set up meetings and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle K12 rebate programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Assist in setting up new items in vendor systems (Broadliners).
• Send pricing information to customers and manage substitutions effectively.
• Promote education & marketing programs alongside the sales team to ensure program success.
• Help push out excess product and manage inventory levels.
• Manage calls from truckers and walk-in customers with a professional, customer-first attitude.
• Prepare product samples for customers as needed.
• Accurately input orders and maintain data integrity.
• Be ready to help cover tasks and provide continuity when team members are out.
• Take on smaller accounts and manage them fully for training purposes.
