About the position

The Customer Success Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting customers who enroll in AED Support Plans. This position involves onboarding new customers, maintaining customer data, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive service. As part of a rapidly growing team, the Specialist will contribute to improving processes and technology to better serve clients.

Responsibilities

  • Take over from sales team after customers sign up for AED Support Plans.
  • Welcome new customers and lead onboarding meetings.
  • Ship onboarding supplies and set up accounts/AEDs in our systems.
  • Follow processes in the playbook and leverage technology to improve processes over time.
  • Establish relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Proactively address customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Ship replacement pads, batteries, and other equipment in advance of monthly AED inspections.
  • Respond to customer questions about AEDs and the use of our App for inspections.
  • Support customers with changes to their service agreements.
  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce and QuickBooks.
  • Review exception reports to ensure AEDs are compliant and ready for use.
