About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Internet Brands is responsible for ensuring the health and retention of Demandforce accounts. This role involves onboarding new customers, proactively monitoring account health, conducting business reviews, and managing renewal and cancellation conversations. The specialist will leverage their knowledge of the Demandforce product and customer experience to foster strong relationships with clients and drive account success.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers.
  • Monitor health and proactively reach out to accounts based on Gainsight triggers.
  • Schedule and complete quarterly/annual business reviews.
  • Have save/pre-cancel conversations.
  • Conduct renewal conversations with accounts at risk.
  • Funnel referrals to sales.

Requirements

  • 1 plus years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Understanding of SMB space, particularly in the specified vertical.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus.

Benefits
