We are seeking a full-time, dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our software solutions. You will work closely with clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored support, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our software.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing any issues or challenges they may encounter.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Coach success via ongoing, high volume connecting of via phone, zoom, on-line chat platforms.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to help clients maximize the use of our software and achieve their business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions, staying updated on new features and updates to effectively educate clients.
  • Track and analyze client usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through upselling and cross-selling additional services or features.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client status, satisfaction, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a software environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred or relative experience.
  • People-person who enjoys high volume of daily communication to partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Candidate will be able multitask.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in self-storage, insurance sales, networking services or security services business.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions or webinars via Zoom and in person.
