About the position

The Customer Success Specialist role at Pathfinders Inc. is a full-time position focused on providing exceptional customer service and support. This position serves as the primary contact for customers and prospects, ensuring service excellence and fostering strong relationships to maintain and grow market share. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and navigating requests through various departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with price, availability, and delivery information.
• Assist with correct product selection based on historical purchases.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding product applications, transferring as needed.
• Identify and communicate potential customer needs or opportunities to the appropriate department.
• Communicate business policies that affect customer transactions, such as backorders and special fees.
• Demonstrate proficient use of all job support tools.
• Adhere to business policies as defined by management.
• Timely handling of customer requests, complaints, and problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a customer service role, call center experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task while being a proficient communicator both written and oral.
• Ability to maintain high call volume while working in a contact center environment.
• Ability to process customer requests in a timely manner.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work between 8 am-7 pm and 1 Saturday per month.
