About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Kforce is responsible for providing technical support to retail store employees and managers. This role involves assessing and resolving issues, logging communications, and ensuring that stores are equipped with the necessary software and hardware updates. The specialist will also assist with in-office tasks and manage equipment preparation and testing as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Taking technical support phone calls from retail store employees & managers
  • Assessing, solving, and escalating issues that arise during calls
  • Logging all communications via ZENDESK
  • Contacting stores that do not upload or have issues uploading
  • Contacting stores for equipment/software updates via phone or PC access
  • Being available for Tech Support during scheduled hours
  • Assisting with in-office tasks if applicable
  • Prepping equipment for shipping if applicable
  • Testing and checking in returned equipment if applicable

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed
  • Relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs will be considered for pay
