About the position

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist located in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is integral to our team, primarily focusing on interacting with our customers, particularly those from Haiti. The Customer Success Specialist will be in charge of initial client screening, scheduling appointments for in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate customer records through data entry. A key requirement for this position is fluency in Haitian Creole, as effective communication with our client base is essential. In this role, you will initiate contact with clients, prioritizing efficient and effective communication. You will work diligently through a list of clients, ensuring each client is attended to. Conducting initial screenings of clients over the phone will be a significant part of your responsibilities, where you will ask pertinent questions to ascertain their needs. Additionally, you will schedule appointments for in-person intakes, coordinating with both the client and appropriate team members. Data entry tasks will also be part of your duties, specifically adding case notes for future references. Providing exceptional customer service is paramount, as you will be addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly. You will monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required, assisting customers with their needs to ensure their satisfaction and success with our services. Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software for data management and service delivery.
  • Fluency in Haitian Creole.
