The Customer Success Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that all orders are delivered efficiently and accurately. In this position, you will assist the sales team by processing orders and following up on customer inquiries. You will need to be adept at reading and understanding inventory reports to manage stock levels effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching transactions and providing necessary supporting documents when required. Daily processing of invoices and maintaining an organized filing system will also be part of your responsibilities. Keeping accurate records of rebates and customer programs is essential to ensure smooth operations. Strong customer service skills are a must, as you will be answering and screening inbound telephone calls. Effective communication with both customers and the internal sales team is vital for success in this role. You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly. The ability to build strong relationships with clients while maintaining a professional demeanor is crucial. You will also provide order coordination support to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales team with processing orders, customer inquiries, and necessary follow-ups.
