The Customer Success Specialist at McPherson Insurance Agency is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The role emphasizes building positive relationships, resolving issues, and continuously improving client experiences in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, effectively addressing their questions and concerns.
• Quickly resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction is consistently maintained.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and suggest improvements to processes.
• Guide clients through their insurance policies, providing them with the necessary knowledge and updates.
• Work closely with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Michigan Property & Casualty License.
• A minimum of 5 years in customer service within the insurance industry is required.
• A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical skills to address client concerns and efficiently resolve issues.
• Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality of work.
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
