About the position

Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist for a top manufacturing client located on the East side of Rochester, NY. This role is pivotal in managing customer requests and ensuring a seamless experience from the initial quote to the final order. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for coordinating Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA's) and providing accurate quotations to support the engineering team of our client. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, the Customer Success Specialist will provide technical documentation and quotations to clients, ensuring that all service inventory levels are maintained accurately. The specialist will also process work orders and issue material requisitions for service, which are critical for maintaining operational efficiency. Communication is key in this position, as the specialist will follow up on customer requests and coordinate with customers to schedule RMA's, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as they will be responsible for tracking, expediting, and recording orders. This position requires a proactive approach to client support, ensuring that all aspects of the customer experience are managed effectively to foster long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quotations and technical documentation to clients
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy of service inventory levels
  • Provide client support to ensure success from quote to order
  • Process work orders and issue material requisitions for service
  • Coordinate RMA's to provide quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, as required
  • Follow-up on customer requests and communicate with customers to schedule RMA's
  • Provide support to process tracking, expediting and recording of orders

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma required, B.S Degree in Business desired
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite Software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior ERP, Oracle and Salesforce experience desired
  • 2 years of prior experience processing work orders, invoicing, customer and vendor support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
