About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at TEKsystems is responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries related to app rewards via email. This role involves investigating eligibility for rewards, compensating customers for missing rewards, and ensuring effective communication with customers. The specialist will also engage in quality assurance by reviewing customer interactions and must stay updated on company policies and promotions. The position requires handling a high volume of emails daily, primarily using macros and quick responses that may need editing.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming emails regarding tickets related to app rewards.
  • Investigate and determine eligibility for rewards and communicate with customers regarding compensation for missing rewards.
  • Stay updated on policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Engage in quality assurance by reviewing emails and customer interactions.
  • Achieve a goal of processing 140-180 emails per day.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, including chat or email support.
  • Knowledge of internet stores and shopping.
  • Ability to navigate the internet effectively.
  • Familiarity with technical keyboard shortcuts (e.g., CTRL + C, CTRL + V).
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher.

Nice-to-haves

  • Typing speed of 55+ WPM.
  • Experience as a bank teller or in a similar role.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Experience working for an internet-based company.
