About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist at Paxton/Patterson, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their successful integration of innovative educational programs. Your role will focus on understanding customer needs, promoting product offerings, and providing support to enhance student engagement and outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing bids from school districts and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure effective integration of educational programs.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion by understanding educators' needs.
  • Promote new product features and tools to enhance the educational environment.
  • Review and respond to bids from school districts, tailoring proposals to meet specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer engagement strategies and drive referrals.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) licenses and ensure customers have access to the latest modules.
  • Provide first-level technical support for basic customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of inside sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with customers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and project-oriented mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
