About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Avant Assessment plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the sales initiatives of Account Managers. This position is centered around fostering strong relationships with both current and prospective customers, ensuring that their needs are met effectively. The specialist will manage online orders and oversee the fulfillment process, ensuring that clients receive their products and services in a timely manner. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, the specialist is integral to delivering a seamless and exceptional customer experience, which is a core value of Avant Assessment. In this role, the Customer Success Specialist will work collaboratively within a cross-functional team, communicating effectively with internal and external partners. The responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone, inputting relevant sales and order processing data into the CRM database (Salesforce), and assisting in maintaining data hygiene within Salesforce. The specialist will also support Account Managers in processing sales and order logistics, ensuring that all orders related to individual test takers are handled efficiently. A deep understanding of Avant's language assessment and training products is essential, as the specialist will assist in onboarding new clients and implementing tests for both new and existing clients. The role also involves managing the Avant Online Store and writing or editing internal documents as needed. Additionally, the specialist will assist the Global Seal of Biliteracy Team with test setup for individual test takers, further emphasizing the importance of this position in the overall customer success strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
  • Communicate with customers via phone
  • Input relevant sales, order processing, and other data into the CRM database (Salesforce)
  • Assist in maintaining Salesforce Data Hygiene
  • Assist Account Managers with processing sales and order logistics
  • Process orders related to individual test takers
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Avant's language assessment and training products
  • Assist in ensuring successful onboarding of new clients and successful test implementations of new and existing clients
  • Seamlessly integrate clients with optional Single Sign On Tools
  • Manage the Avant Online Store
  • Write and edit internal documents as needed
  • Assist Global Seal of Biliteracy Team with the test setup for Individual Test Takers

  • A 4-year college degree is preferred but not required
