The Customer Success Specialist at TEKsystems is responsible for ensuring effective communication with customers and managing order entries for a prominent chemical/scientific research and development company. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer communication via phone and email (15 calls per day)
  • Record and input orders that come via phone and email into Salesforce
  • Navigate available resources to answer customer questions around product, shipping, and order information
  • Analyze shipping details for accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years customer service experience (can be retail, phone based, etc)
  • Order entry experience is preferred
  • Ability to use resources and navigate multiple systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable - able to work in-office every day
