The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure all client deliverables are met and client satisfaction is sound across all accounts. To execute this, the CSS will become familiar with our technology and various tasks such as ad management, media implementation, product upsells, data presentation, customer communication, and issue resolution, to name a few. Support CSM in day-to-day client communication via email and phone calls. Manage execution of client deliverables ranging from Creative to Media to Strategy by partnering with the applicable internal and external teams. Present and implement monthly client media plans and product upsells. Present performance data bi-monthly to clients. Media implementation throughout the month as client needs arise. Become comfortable leading client conference calls and client-facing meetings. Support CSM in QBR or year-end meeting preparation. Become comfortable participating with new business pitches.
