About the position

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in the manufacturing industry, based in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer order status, inventory, and pricing details. Your primary responsibilities will include executing data entry tasks and professionally addressing customer inquiries through email communications. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer order status, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will monitor and update inventory data in the system as necessary and handle pricing information, making sure it aligns with the current market and company standards. Responding to customer emails regarding order status, inventory, and pricing within the stipulated time frame will be a key part of your daily tasks. You will utilize CRM and Salesforce environments to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring that all data entry tasks are conducted with high accuracy and attention to detail. Effective communication with customers is essential, as you will provide professional and timely responses to inquiries. You will also use various computer programs to assist customers and improve their experience. Additionally, you may be required to answer inbound calls, providing outstanding customer service. Performing other related duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of the business will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have at least one year of experience in a customer success or related role within the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency with computer programs is essential
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce environments, is required
  • Ability to answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Demonstrated ability to assist customers effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent email communication and correspondence skills
  • Experience in data entry tasks is required
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
