About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at ServIT Inc is a client-focused role aimed at enhancing client relationships and addressing IT needs proactively. This position serves as the primary contact for clients, bridging the gap between technical solutions and business objectives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, facilitate, and deliver customized IT solutions aligned with clients' emerging business needs and technologies.
  • Act as the key escalation point, creating fast and efficient processes to address and resolve business-impacting events.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication and a solution-oriented approach to meet client needs.
  • Oversee project management efforts, guiding teams in delivering IT hardware/software solutions, networking projects, and PC deployments.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships through in-person meetings, transparent problem-solving, and hands-on issue resolution.
  • Lead new client onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into ServIT's managed services ecosystem.
  • Attend client sites as needed for important meetings or project implementations, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions aligned with clients' business objectives.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer for new clients to ensure seamless operation and alignment with network operations and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, IT service management, or a similar role within the managed services or technology industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions within specified timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven approach to client interactions.
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills to effectively prioritize tasks and maintain clear, comprehensive records of client interactions and project details.
  • Skilled in O365 and technically inclined, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and IT systems.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and on-site support as needed.
