About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at AgTexas Farm Credit Services is responsible for providing intermediate-level general office support, focusing on customer service and administrative tasks related to loan servicing. This role involves interacting with the public, answering inquiries, and ensuring efficient processing of loan-related documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various loan administrative and servicing duties including answering borrower's questions, routing applications, data entry, processing loan payments, monitoring insurance requirements, and reporting.
  • Monitor and maintain records for budgets, work plans, schedules, and projects; prepare, type, and process forms such as those needed for office supplies, expense reports, and time sheets.
  • Answer incoming calls to department staff, representing the department or association professionally; relay messages and transfer calls to appropriate personnel; respond to routine requests for information.
  • Pick up, open, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Use computer systems to assist in preparing reports and budgets; store/manipulate data through various software programs, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule external and internal meetings, training activities, and seminars; arrange for meeting space, coffee service, and luncheon reservations; make travel arrangements for staff as directed.
  • Operate a variety of standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of general office/clerical experience and/or customer service experience.
  • General knowledge of accounting/financial systems and office equipment.
  • Familiarity with standard records management and file classification practices, insurance, crop insurance, and credit life insurance documentation.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
