About the position

The Customer Success Specialist role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues through effective communication. This position is based in Liverpool, New York, and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity, emphasizing the importance of maintaining customer records and addressing inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process incoming customer orders via email, phone, and fax
  • Maintain and manage customer records in our ERP system
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately, providing product information as required
  • Address customer complaints effectively, forwarding them to the appropriate staff when necessary
  • Assist with the collection and filing of relevant documents
  • Greet and direct visitors as appropriate
  • Assist other team members as needed, performing other duties such as record-keeping and e-filing
  • Enter new customers into the system as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with Avaya CMS
  • Familiarity with various Computer Programs
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Proficiency in Epic Software
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Proven track record of effectively Answering Inbound Calls
  • Ability to Assist Customers in a professional manner
  • Knowledge of Benefit Functions
  • Experience with Billing Functions
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Order Entry
