About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Vaisala plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth by building long-term relationships with clients across various high-tech industries. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs, manage service renewals, and identify upselling opportunities. The role requires a strong focus on customer outcomes and effective communication to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of selected Vaisala customers
  • Scheduling frequent meetings with customers to ensure their satisfaction and strengthen the relationship
  • Mastering the process and sale of agreement renewals
  • Maintaining the calibration plans for our customers
  • Identifying and generating opportunities for Vaisala sales teams
  • Creating, assigning, and coordinating tasks based on customer needs
  • Gathering and sharing feedback from customers to stakeholders within the organization
  • Ensuring the accuracy of customer and installed base data
  • Inputting customer data and daily activity utilizing CRM tools

  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus
  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferred, but not mandatory
