About the position

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction for CHAMP customers nationwide. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer service calls and email inquiries.
  • Provide professional and accurate responses, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
  • Engage in continued education on industry updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1+ years customer success or account management experience.
  • Track record of working in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
