About the position

As a Customer Success Specialist at HelloGov AI, you will play a vital role in supporting customers throughout their document processing journey. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a dedicated advocate for customers, providing personalized and proactive assistance to ensure a positive experience with our AI-powered services. This role involves direct engagement with customers via phone calls and Zoom meetings, addressing their needs at every stage of the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact, guiding customers through government document applications to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
  • Offer tailored assistance and timely guidance throughout the journey via phone and Zoom, making sure customers feel informed and cared for.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, focusing on empathetic and supportive communication.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for our technology team, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong empathy, active listening skills, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Organized and process-oriented, skilled in connecting and managing information.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with high self-motivation.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers over Zoom and phone.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
