About the position

The Customer Success Specialist at Electronics Renewal LLC is a front-line support role focused on providing exceptional product and service support to customers. This position involves responding to customer inquiries, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role offers opportunities for growth into account management, data analytics, or operations support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion
  • Complete wrap up work on each call using Zendesk software
  • Work cross functionally with the relevant internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met
  • Enter and update sales and purchase orders and other internal systems
  • Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary
  • Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
  • Keep customer accounts current
  • Take on account management tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or work history in related industry
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
  • Experience working with Zendesk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven problem solver
  • Comfortable working in a high volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
