About the position

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) at RoadSync is responsible for transforming sales into revenue by engaging with customers throughout the onboarding process and driving product adoption. This role focuses on retaining and expanding the customer base across the US, ensuring that customers maximize their use of RoadSync's innovative financial solutions in the logistics ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive early adoption, retention, and growth with our customer base.
  • Maximize transactions (volume and value) by delivering best practices for our customers.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on how RoadSync's products work.
  • Act as primary contact to key stakeholders at customer sites and work closely with the Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • Experience with Customer Success or Account Management at small business and mid-market level.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about mastering our products.
  • Friendly and great at building relationships, both with customers and internally.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with an obsession to keep learning & improving.
  • Enjoy working in an environment where priorities & needs change often.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM platforms and how they can be used in the Customer Success process.
  • Experience in the Logistics & Trucking Industry.
